I love photographing this family! Little Madison is so sweet and playful. I just can't get enough of her. Isn't she a doll? 

This day was pretty hot and humid, for fall weather. I have only lived in Red Bluff for a few years and it's still hard for me to get past the humidity. But we made it work and even through all the "hotness" outside we were able to capture this family's love for one another. They have been one of my most loyal clients, and I hope I get to capture many more moments as they grow.

Is she not the sweetest little thing you have ever seen? All she needs are a pair of wings and a little bit a pixie dust!

I had so much fun photographing her. So was so expressive and joyful! I loved having her in front of my camera!

Wendy and Chris are having there very first Baby...Hailee! And I couldn't be more excited for the two of them. If you can recall, I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding sometime last year. It just makes me so happy to now be documenting this part of their journey to becoming parents for the first time. Hopefully I will be able to get my hands on their little one when she is born!





Wendy and Chris every time I have the opportunity to shoot your family I can see the love between the two of you in every shot. You guys will no doubt be wonderful parents and I can't wait for you to experience the absolute joy of having a child. Congrats to the both of you!

I recently had the privilege of shooting some very special friends of mine...The Sargent Family. They were such a joy to shoot and their little guy Marley is the most adorable baby! If you all are wondering if there is a connection with the title of this blog and Marley's name...there is! Marley's mom Laura LOVES Bob Marley and I can't say I blame her. He's one of my husband and I's all time favorite musicians too. She loves him so much she named her baby after her him, which I think may just qualify her as his number one fan!

I had a blast working with them. They were so laid back and up for anything! We did have to watch out for ants however...poor Laura is afraid of them. Luckily we managed to avoid them and get some great shots. Thanks so much you guys for letting me spend the evening with you.

We shot the session at Cone Grove Park in Red Bluff, Ca. It's a lovely place especially at sunset. We took these in the wooded area and down by the pond area. You can tell this family definitely has "one heart, one love" for each other ;)!

The poppies are in bloom this time of year and they made a great addition to the pictures! I love these shots of Marley!

   

   

   

These last images were taken down by the playground area of the park. Little Marley was being held up by his dad on the monkey bars and having fun pretending to be a little monkey!
