Baby Avynn is On Her Way!...red bluff, ca. maternity photographer

Well this will officially be my first blog post, with pics! I have lots more to post but they will be a little out of order as I have A TON of sessions to get up on the blog. This particular session is very near and dear to my heart as my beautiful sister Natalie is the subject. She is having a baby girl and little Avynn will be my first niece. I cannot express to you how excited I am!! My sister has two boys so we were all secretly wishing and hoping and praying that she'd have a girl this time. We all had to hold ourselves back from screaming with excitement when the lady doing the ultrasound confirmed that it was a little girl. We can't wait to meet her! I love you sis and I hope you like your pics!

The almond trees were in full bloom so we took advantage of it!



After this we kind of just jumped in my car and drove around stopping at places that inspired me. It was lots of fun and I wish I could do more sessions this way!




Later on we did a couple boudoir inspired shots!




We ended the session at the top of a hill I had been parked at the bottom of! We were about to head home as the sun was just about to sink behind the mountains when something in my gut was telling me to go up that hill for one more shot! I'm glad I listened because it made for a really great picture! I asked my sister to pick out a quote to go with the picture which I think adds just the right finishing touch!



Little Avynn is on her way and we can't wait to meet her!
